The Center provides an entire range of academic and non-academic support services:
- assistance securing financial aid, scholarships and jobs,
- academic advising and personal counseling (as appropriate),
- establishment of an academic support program featuring free tutoring, instructional materials and the organization of study groups and homework sessions,
- dedicated tutors for both undergraduate and graduate level Mathematics courses,
- workshops attached to key Mathematics courses for teachers,
- referrals for students to other sources for help in subjects outside of Mathematics,
- establishment of a strong sense of community among the students it serves by sponsoring intermittent social events and other community building activities.
